Since the house will be put on sale when completed, the character of the design was developed mainly out of the investor's personality. We decided to avoid the classical forms which are often associated to private houses in the Ukraine of today and tried to achieve a more contemporary and comfortable quality. The design solution is based on the optimization of plans and size of the rooms, as well as on the use of split levels.
